The beverage garden seats approximately 200 while the exhibit hall can seat over 1,000. The grandstands seat 3,200 plus 1,000 at each end of the arena in open bleachers.

Discussions and planning over many years and subsequent passing of a county wide bond issue for the new facility have lead to the conception of this important community project. The new facility will set the ground work and character for years to come. The history of the Lewis and Clark Fairgrounds is unique in its events, for the original buildings and grandstands, and its tradition as a hub for community gathering and celebration. Recognizing that tradition and planning for a continuing history will be the key to a successful completion of the Lewis and Clark Fairgrounds master plan. The new Grandstands and Exhibit Hall project is an exciting and ambitious undertaking for Lewis and Clark County.
