The facilities include year-round resident artist studios, summer studios, site-specific sculpture, community class facilities, a sales gallery, a summer warehouse gallery, kiln facilities, collections archive, and a retail ceramic supply business. In spring of 2000, plans to enhance, preserve, and stabilized the facilities were formed for the campus. The focus was to study the facilities that included all the existing buildings of the brickyard and provide a master plan that defined the reuse of the buildings and the incorporation of new buildings on to the campus.

The resident artist studio along with its library, lounge, kitchen, and kiln is a complex of spaces in position to provide the greatest ease of movement between existing indoor and outdoor kilns, the summer studio and the clay business to purchase supplies.
