Fire Tower Apartments (formerly Serendipity Apartments) was an early seventies vintage low income apartment building in dire need of improvements. Years of deferred maintenance made this project ripe for renovation. Working with Wishcamper Partners development team, Mosaic implemented a strategy of apartment remodel and refurbishment, green building goals, and a new, contemporary look, to draw new tenants, and reinvigorate the project and surrounding neighborhood. The new rooftop deck and central site stair are welcome additions to the site.
