Another great project with Cadius Partners and their residential development branch, Cadius Haus. The South Rows project transformed a new development area in Bozeman into a hip multi-generational neighborhood.
Located on Bozeman’s south side, just a short distance to many of the area’s amenities including Montana State University, Hyalite Recreation Area, parks and trailheads. The well-designed master site plan accounts for commanding mountain views and surrounding open space.
LYKKE CONDOS
Working with our long time partner, Cadius Partners and their residential development branch, Cadius Haus, Mosaic created a Scandinavian feel in a small development in Bozeman. As stated by Cadius Haus:

BEDROCK 11
Bedrock 11 townhouses are a modern townhouse development located in Bozeman, Montana. The project design organized 7 large townhouse units, each with garage and private yard space on a site of only 3/4 of an acre. While achieving a very high density, the finished homes and yards maintain a very open, single-family feel.
The exterior design has a high-end, clean and contemporary feel that was accomplished using very cost effective materials and details. The contemporary design carries inside the homes as well incorporating modern tile floors, wood accent walls, modern fireplaces, and large windows.
