Working with Xanterra and NPS, Mosaic lead the design team for the Paintbrush Dorm project, a 43,000 SF three-story employee housing building sited at the Old Faithful support area. Built for concessionaire year-round employees, the dormitory houses (156) occupants in (10) 1-bedroom apartments and (68) double-occupancy dorm units and laundry facilities, lounges, housing office and additional parking.

To meet the short construction season and remote location in the park and the critical need of replacement housing for employees, the building was completed in under twelve months and on time using modular construction and delivery, coordinated with on-site traditional construction.
